This is not a high volume, high turnover facility. Rather, my mission is to provide a comprehensive program catering to your specific needs and/or limitations.
A person who is recovering from an injury, surgery, a stroke or a heart attack needs a very special kind of conditioning program.
But so does a 50-something man or woman who wants to lose weight, recover endurance and perhaps even compete in some sport at the senior level.
What we offer is a safe and supportive environment without mirrors, without loud music and without attitude. Members get as much or as little supervision as they want, as long as they are exercising correctly.
Beyond 50 Fitness Osteo Stretch and Strength:
a proprietary chair-based workout developed by Andy Baxter.
Aerobic/Strength Circuit:
a 30 minute workout incorporating cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, range of motion, neuromuscular adaptation and strength - in one workout! This circuit is wheel chair accessible and appropriate for MS, Parkinson's and stroke clients.
Concept 2 indoor rowing:
the best rowing machines, the best exercise.
